Grow in Urban Environments:
Agrowbot Trays were designed around the largest USPS shipping box size(s) before it starts getting ridiculous. This size box is around 3' x 2'. This fits the entire bottom and top portion of the the tray system. The stand is like a 3D box, designed for the tray and canal system to hand from. All the componants of the stand and hardware fit into this shipping box, with this design.
Lid Design
Agrowbot Trays can accommodate up to 60 plants in an approx. 3’ x 4’ grow area.
The lid accommodates 60 beveled holes which are 3” wide. Beveled holes allow growers to customize their tray lids, varying the hole sizes for what they would like to grow.(For instance: Broccoli needs a larger size diameter to grow than, say, lettuce.)
The internal tray walls allow a reinforced structure. This is important when taking into consideration the weight of the water and the weight of the plants as they mature. The Agrowbot Trays do not lose their structural integrity.
Lid & Canal Design Gallery
Agrowbot Trays cycle up to 15 gallons of water. This allows for less plant nutrient additives that are needed per gallon. Plant nutrients is one of the most expensive ingredients for Hydroponic Farming and the more gallons of water needed for your cycle means more costly plant nutrients needed.

Maintenance and cleanup is easy because of the two piece, restaurant quality, BPA free, polyethylene materials it’s made from. When cleaning up after a harvest, it’s a simple as using a scrub brush and some elbow grease. Wash, spray, replant.
It’s more cost effective for a grower to simply buy additional lids, should you want to plant another crop that requires different size holes or risers for different water levels.
You can also add upon your existing set up should you decide, “This is who I am now!” There’s multiple ways for you to add onto your current set up.
